_{The Revitalaser success story is the outcome of 25 years planning and hard work by owner Andrea Mappouridis, who has created an award-winning medical skin spa and clinic in Heswall, Wirral.}

_{Liverpool has had a significant Greek Cypriot community for almost 200 years.  Many came here to work on the ships and stayed to raise a family.  Others came here to make a new life after the invasion of Cyprus in 1974.}

_{Growing up in the midst of this close and caring Anglo-Greek community, Andrea inherited their strong work ethic, and always had aspirations to work in the beauty industry.  As a teenager she would practise facials and treatments on her family and friends and then went on to acquire some outstanding qualifications which are internationally recognised.   She is an NVQ Epilation level 3 qualified beauty and laser therapist and has been trained in Electrolysis since 1995 backed by BABTAC (The British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology).}

_{In addition, Andrea has undertaken specialist training in Harley Street by Andrew Christie, Kim Kardashian’s dermatologist and Head of Global Training for Dermapenworld. Continuous Professional Development has resulted in Andrea obtaining a highly acclaimed qualification from the University of Manchester.  The University’s Skin Laser and Core of Knowledge courses are the first of their kind within the aesthetic laser industry}

_{Andrea began just 12years ago as a sole trader and she has worked tirelessly throughout those years to develop her business.  From the base of just a few clients in 2006 she has worked really hard to secure the position as a leading business in the provision of tailor-made treatments for a wide client base.  Andrea has built up a phenomenal client base which has grown organically.  In 2016 she secured the right to be the exclusive provider of the groundbreaking ThermaVein treatment for thread veins for the whole of the Wirral, Chester and Liverpool regions.  This is a remarkable achievement for this small independent business and brings clients in from all parts of the UK as well as from Europe.}

_{From small beginnings just seven years ago, Andrea has taken Revitalaser to new levels of international recognition.}

_{In addition, Revitalaser was shortlisted for an award in the national Safety in Beauty 2017 awards in Mayfair, London.  Although not a winner on that occasion, it was an achievement just to be shortlisted, as there are only seven other clinics in the whole of the UK who were on the shortlist.}

_{Andrea keeps Revitalaser right at the forefront of developments in the laser aesthetics industry.  To maintain this position Andrea undertakes continuous research and has developed a series of trials which have resulted in Revitalaser offering exclusive skin treatments including pain-free laser hair removal, skin peels, infrared skin tightening and a medically approved (ie used by dermatologists all over the world) range of skincare products.  Again, the fact that these treatments are exclusively available at Revitalaser enhances the business}
